Kanooka Pottery
Kanooka Pottery is operated and owned by Ella Stirling. Run in her home studio on the Sunshine Coast. The name Kanooka is derived from the Australian water gum, scientifically known as "Tristaniopsis laurina." This tree is native to the eastern coast of Australia and reflects the brands connection to the native bush.
As a person that spends their time exploring the bush and draws much inspiration, Ella believes it is her responsibility to do her part in protecting our sacred native landscape. The ceramics at Kanooka Pottery have been made with ethical thinking from start to finish and ensures all packages use 100% recycled or biodegradable materials. It is Ella's hope to encourage others to make conscious choices and reduce single-use waste.
